BAPTISED.

Sometime the work environment will expose itself. Rules are made balck and white and viewed from a checklist that will conflict the objectives. Bosses will not question such environments.

“ Not all baptisms purify us,some are for us to fit in”

They do it every three months

They call it every man’s performance

But why put weight on a month?

Is it to punish every man?

So today I woke up with a short wrangle

I had anticipated a bad day

Not mentioned, the night was spent at a wrong angle

I did not see it my way

But yes it was my baptism

The stressing waters of corporate balance

where status may not make sanse to all but those who can quote

I was baptised and requested to support, the baptist

I expected support but instead it’s me to accord.

May He, the almighty walk with me in light

I am now a full member, baptised.
